Thanks to Chris @ StoneCraft, LLC we have a new fireplace insert. Still wood burning! We had some issues in the past and this should solve any user errors. This fancy upgrade will: Give us a door keep flames and sparks inside the fireplace Give the options for heat to come into the home instead of out through the chimney balancing out the heat loss in the winter and hopefully bring our heating bill down which will hopefully bring the rental rate down eventually.
