About Us
Hello, my name is Ricky, I’m a designer from New Jersey and manage Mt. Maplewood Lodge for our family. I am an area alliance affiliate through Poconos Vacation Rental Owners for Rent Responsibly and train owners as an AirBnB Ambassador.
I grew up in upstate NY, lived in NYC for 15 years then moved to Maplewood with my family. We also have family in the Poconos and love enjoying what every season has to offer, but in the summer we also love to be on the lake. We are 5 extended families that use our homes yearly and share them when we not vacationing.
What sets us apart from other vacation rentals is our attention to your vacation experience. We will personally help you plan your area activities, coordinate a chef or massage therapist and guide you to new and exciting options whether it is your first time in the Poconos or you are a Pocono veteran. We will give you access to our digital concierge & website that has year-round activities listed and updated seasonally. There are many near-by attractions including 3 indoor waterparks, 2 outdoor waterparks, 2 casinos, The Crossings Outlet with 100+ stores, horseback riding, fishing, multiple golf courses, Bushkill falls, Big Pocono State Park, white water rafting, go-karting, ATVs, NASCAR and more.
If you would like a change of pace the historic village of Jim Thorpe boasts skirmish paintball, boating & whitewater rafting.
