2oz London Dry gin
3/4oz lime juice
1/2oz BA maple syrup
3/8oz ginger syrup Dash of Angostura Drop of Scrappy's Cardamom bitters
Bar Spoon Carpano Antica
Shake all ingredients, except Carpano, over ice and double strain into a rocks glass with ice. Float the Carpano on top of the drink and garnish with candied piece of ginger.
